- CashPak – A Free Checking Account, Check Card, credit card, computer loan, and other services for members from 17 to 22. A great value for students. Requires adult co-signer.

- Apply Online – Most members get an answer while still online.
- Consumer Loan Application (.pdf format) – Use to apply for PC Loans if you don't want to apply online.
- Loan Payment Method Authorization (.pdf format) – Use to have DCU set up electronic loan payments by transfer from your DCU savings or checking account. Note: you can set this up on your own with PC Branch Automatic Transfers.
