Certificate IRAs
Certificate IRAs (Individual Retirement Accounts) earn DCU's highest dividend rates on your retirement funds. For a low minimum balance of $500, you can choose a Certificate with terms from three months to five years.
Dividends are compounded daily on the entire account balance and credited monthly. Dividend rates are fixed for the entire term. There are no annual fees. A dividend penalty may be incurred for an early withdrawal.
Certificate IRAs can be used for Traditional, Roth, Coverdell Education Savings Accounts (formerly Education IRA), and for Small Business Plans.
Highest Dividend Rates with Loyalty Checking Plus If you have a Loyalty Checking Plus relationship when you open or renew a DCU Certificate, you'll automatically receive the highest published dividend rate for that certificate. Other great certificate rates are available.
IRAs are federally insured up to $250,000 per member by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a U.S. Government Agency.
