Based on your feedback, PC Deposit has been enhanced with additional help links and is compatible with Firefox, Safari, and Macintosh.

With the increase in prices to heat your home this Winter, DCU has introduced two new loan products that will provide members with assistance in covering heating costs and allow homeowners to make energy efficiency improvements.

Check out DCU’s new online account management tool designed to help you get a complete snapshot of your finances.

Swipe, Sign, and Earn! DCU has teamed up with many of your favorite retailers to help you earn even more Cash Rebates when you use your DCU Visa Check Card.

Exporting your account history will be easier than ever in PC Branch. These improvements are expected to be in place by early 2009.

This new service allows DCU to issue new or replacement cards locally at our Solomon Pond Branch in Marlborough, MA - with other branches to follow. This program allows the new card to be sent to you the following business day - saving up to two days in delivery time.

Continuing to provide you with superior service is our goal. A number of additional enhancements to how you "Bank The DCU Way" are planned for the early-part of 2009. Some of the many improvements include:

• Enhancements to mortgage account information including real-time mortgage balance changes as soon as online transactions are made.
• More detailed online mortgage escrow information will be consistent with paper and electronic statements.
• The addition of prior year mortgage interest paid and interest paid year to date in PC Branch.
• Additional new Branch location announcements to be made.
• DCU's StreetWise Consumer Education Online Program is being updated and will have a whole new look with interactive videos and much more.

• 11/08 – Expanded Certificate Dividend Rate Information
  Dividend information is now appearing in PC Branch alongside any Certificates you have.
• 10/08 – Information Hours Extended
  DCU has extended our Information Center weekday hours to 11:00PM (Eastern Time)
• 9/08 – There's A New DCU Branch In Your Neighborhood
  DCU opens the doors to its newest branch in Franklin, MA.
• 9/08 – A New Look For Your Monthly Statement
  Changes have been made to better help you identify withdrawals and deposits you've made.
• 9/08 – Health Savings Accounts Now Available
  These tax favored accounts allow you to offset health care expenses and qualified medical expenses.
• 9/08 – Debit Card Hold Enhancements
  You're now less likely to be impacted by large pre-purchase Debit Card holds - such as those set by hotels at check in.
• 8/08 – DCU Message Center
  DCU can now deliver brief messages to you about your accounts and membership in PC Branch.
• 6/08 – Depositing Checks At Home Or Your Office Is Now A Reality
  PC Deposit allows you to scan check deposits from the comfort of your home or office.
• 5/08 – DCU Private Student Loans Fill Federal Funding Aid Gap
  Offering lower loan rates, zero origination fees and more flexible repayment options.
• 4/08 – DCU ScoreCard™ Rewards Program Expanded
  Earn points that can be redeemed for special offers on DCU's great products and services.
• 4/08 – Loyalty Checking Program Enhancements - Now Even More Benefits
  Increased ATM surcharge reimbursements, free DCU Visa ® Gift Cards, and much more.
• 4/08 – Additional Insurance Choices Now Offered To DCU Members
  Obtain your auto, homeowners, boat, RV's, motorcycles, and ATV's from DCU Insurance.
• 3/08 – DCU Realty Offers Bus Tours To Foreclosed and Vacant Properties
  Helping our members during a down market, DCU leads a series of Foreclosure Bus Tours.
• 3/08 – Payday Payroll Service from PayCycle® Now Offered to Small Businesses
  The easy online payroll service that automates the payroll process is now available.
• 1/08 – There's A New DCU Branch In Your Neighborhood
  DCU opens the doors to its newest branch in Waltham, MA.
• 1/08 – DCU Upgrades Data Processing System
  New state-of-the-art software designed for DCU makes for better online banking experience.

We're always excited to welcome new members to the DCU family and it's due largely in part that existing members are recommending friends, family and co-workers to the benefits of DCU. Thanks to you our field of membership now stands at 367,440 members.

In early October, we encouraged children to submit "What Would You Be For Halloween" in DCU's Annual Halloween Art Contest. We received many entries and would like to congratulate the recently chosen winners who received online recognition as well as a cash prize deposited into their Savings Account.

With tax time right around the corner, DCU is pleased to offer our members two leading tax preparation services – TurboTax and Jackson Hewitt.

Among the many organizations that have recently joined our field of membership and will now be able to "Bank The DCU Way" and enjoy many of the benefits DCU has to offer include SeraCare in Milford, MA; Minuteman Talking Books LLC in Nashua, NH; and Permessa Corporation in Waltham, MA. As a socially responsible organization, DCU is committed to partnering with other organizations that make a difference in the communities we serve.  Our primary charitable initiative is directed towards supporting programs that provide a health, welfare, or social service for children; or provide educational programs or services that primarily benefit children. Some of the organizations that have recently benefitted from DCU’s support include: Give Kids a Fighting Chance in Worcester, MA and the Winter Holiday Stroll in Nashua, NH.

Employees from DCU’s Branch in Franklin, MA including Darryl Diamond; Sheila Chartier; Terry Risotti; and Ali Haider as well as employees from DCU’s Electronic Service Center Department including Matt Caruso and Pete Fanning recently presented $500.00 to the Franklin Food Pantry. The donation was part of a company-wide internal Holiday Sales promotion that allowed staff to “Share Their Success” by giving back to a local charity of their choice.
